Terms of service

Terms for the public site, demo process, and related services.

These terms govern access to the Tr-entic website, communications initiated through the site, demo requests, and any related software services unless a separate signed commercial agreement states otherwise.

1. Scope

These terms apply to your use of the public Tr-entic website, request-demo communications, and associated materials. If you later purchase or access Tr-entic through a separate order form, services agreement, or other signed commercial document, that agreement governs the commercial relationship to the extent of any conflict.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must use the site and any related account features lawfully and with authority to act for yourself or your organization. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping any credentials or account-access methods secure.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the site or services to break the law, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or abuse infrastructure in ways that disrupt service for other users. You also may not misrepresent your identity or authority when requesting demos, support, or access.

4. Customer content and confidentiality

You retain responsibility for the materials you submit or share in connection with Tr-entic, including source files, reference documentation, terminology, and instructions. The product is positioned as privacy-first, and customer data is not used to train models. You should still share only the materials needed for the intended workflow or evaluation and ensure you have the right to do so.

5. Intellectual property

Tr-entic, the site, branding, software, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform or grant rights beyond the limited right to use the site and services as permitted here or in any signed commercial agreement.

6. Third-party services and standards

The site and product may interoperate with third-party services, operating systems, file formats, and open standards such as XLIFF, TBX, and TMX. Third-party components are governed by their own terms, policies, and availability. Tr-entic is not responsible for failures caused by third-party systems outside its control.

7. Demos, pilots, and pre-release use

Demo sessions, previews, pilots, or early-access materials may be limited in scope and provided for evaluation purposes. They may change over time as the product evolves. Any production commitments, service levels, support obligations, or commercial rights should be treated as effective only when expressly confirmed in a signed agreement.

8. Availability, warranties, and limitations

Unless a signed commercial agreement states otherwise, the site and related materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, implied warranties are disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Tr-entic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or evaluation materials.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if use appears unlawful, abusive, security-threatening, or inconsistent with these terms or any signed commercial agreement. You may stop using the site and related services at any time.

10. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact support@tr-entic.com. Contract-specific legal notices, governing law, venue, and commercial commitments should be handled through the applicable signed agreement where required.
